Can I use the devices I already have?
The system runs in the browser and prints receipts over USB, Bluetooth or the print dialog. Compatibility depends on the device and printer, so we check your models first.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Quick sale uses a catalogue saved on the device, and sales wait in a queue and sync when the connection is back. The device needs to be set up while online the first time, and any sync error is shown to you for review.
Does it meet ZATCA requirements?
It supports the QR code for phase one. Phase two and integration are reviewed with you for your business before you start.
Can I bring my products over from Excel?
Yes. Upload the file, match the columns, and review any errors before the products go in. You can also export your shop's data from Settings whenever you need it.
How do I follow more than one branch?
Each branch has its own products, sales and settings, and from the owner's account you switch between branches and see a summary of each.
